Football 11 (1): Any institution affiliated to the Federation shall be prohibited signing players from football clubs to practice 11 when one of its members, whether delegates, technicians, field assistants, trainers, members of the Committee or any other relationship, have a direct link to this football club 11, whatever the same (delegates, technicians, field assistants, trainers, members of the Committee or any other link).
NOTE 1: These clubs can sign players from other institutions free football 11 that have no link between its members.
